1. Kero, answered the call and that in this day and age tells me something about his work ethics. They are excellent!2.He tried to help me diagnose the issue immediately over the phone on a Sunday. Rather than reading a “script” telling me that “without seeing the unit he could not help me” Which is what we are all used to these days.3. He made an educated diagnosis by the information that I gave to him. Speculated about the cost of the part and the amount of time that it would take to fix it. He was right on!4. He showed up when he said that he would. He fixed the unit as he said he would. He was his word to me. He also gave a follow up courtesy phone call to check on the unit.5. He was friendly, polite, clean and professional.I would highly recommend Kero Menas to my closest friends and as a matter of fact i already did.
